We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to oversee a team of professionals on a daily basis in order to achieve organizational goals. Duties of the Project Manager include a natural ability to lead, possession of problem-solving skills, the ability to delegate effectively, and to utilize time management skills. The ideal candidate should have great customer service and client relation skills, communication abilities, knowledge of building codes, material management, and interpersonal skills. If you have previous experience in: General Carpentry-Rough and Finish, Bathroom Upgrades/Remodel, Drywall Repair/Patching/Caulking, Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge, Flooring Repair and Installation, Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Project Manager will hold him/herself accountable as well as the Lead Technicians and Technicians accountable, while working with a high level of respect, honesty and integrity.

Roles, Requirements, and Responsibilities:
A bachelor’s degree in either business or management is preferred for the Project Manager position, but not required.

The Project Manager will work closely with upper management to address project needs, deadlines and budgets. The Project Manager’s job is to delegate tasks among their Lead Installation Technicians and Technicians. The Project Manager is also responsible for motivating the teams, keeping work flow moving, and resolving conflicts between team members to ensure a productive, efficient, collaborative, and respectful work environment.

On a typical day, the Project Manager will start by reviewing upcoming deadlines for specific bathroom remodel projects. They will check in with individuals in charge of those assignments and emphasize the importance of meeting their deadlines while also helping to facilitate project completion. The Project Manager will also meet with members of upper management to relay the team’s progress, address issues in the field, and help ensure the ongoing commitment to excellence.

The Project Manager will have a natural ability to lead others in growth orientated directions. This quality will help them oversee a team of professionals on a daily basis in order to achieve organizational goals. They will also know how to motivate their team members and regularly implement a range of incentives to promote productivity and excellence. The ideal candidate will also have a depth of applicable knowledge that will allow them to understand any issues that have arisen as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with their lead technicians/technicians in order to formulate unique and novel solutions for addressing the demands of individual job remodels.

The Field Training Manager will use their experience, knowledge, and expertise to problem solve on the job issues, troubleshoot, and ensure that jobs are completed on time without shortcuts, putting quality and customization at the forefront along with customer satisfaction being their number one priority.

The Estimator will be responsible for accurately calculating the costs associated with custom bathroom remodeling projects, from initial homeowner consultation through final proposal generation. This role requires a strong understanding of construction materials, labor costs, building codes, and an ability to translate complex design concepts into precise budgetary estimates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a meticulous approach to data, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to homeowners.

Responsibilities:

Homeowner Consultation & Needs Assessment:

• Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, functional requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget for custom bathroom remodels.
• Conduct thorough site visits to assess existing conditions, take detailed measurements, and identify potential challenges or opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers and sales professionals to ensure alignment between client expectations and design feasibility.

Detailed Cost Estimation:

Develop comprehensive and accurate estimates for all aspects of custom bathroom remodeling projects, including but not limited to:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years or more of proven experience as an Estimator in residential remodeling, with a strong focus on custom bathroom projects.
• Demonstrated experience with high-end or luxury remodeling projects is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of bathroom specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, and materials related to bathroom remodeling.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with homeowners and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
